Refund and Returns Policy

The general return conditions apply only to individual clients (not companies).

Products purchased at a distance may be returned in 14 days. These will be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received within 14 calendar days of receipt, without penalties and without invoking any reason.

Additional non-refundable items:

  • Engraved Clocks
  • Engraved clock boxes

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Only the clock box has been engraved

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 working days.

Products with physical changes, scratches, bumps, shavings, shocks, alterations cannot be returned.

The seller may charge additional fees for damaged products for their return to their original "like new" state, which may be between 0 and 50% of the initial value of the product. Please note that by law:

"The consumer is solely responsible for diminishing the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products."

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cost of Shipping

Product returns will be made at the expense of the customer, using the same shipping service as the original shipment. The choice of courier is at your own discretion and we recommend that you write down the AWB number so you can track the package. Seller will return the product value within 14 days of receipt and inspection. Reimbursement and return terms do not include transport costs.

Defective products:

If returned products are defective or have manufacturing defects, they are subject to the warranty specific to each product.

Product Return Procedure:

1. Complete the RMA form
2. Specify the RMA number (received after filling in the form) on the package.

Packaging instructions for products:

- Include all original accessories of the returned product.
- Write the RMA number on the package so we can identify your parcel more quickly.
- DO NOT use adhesive tape on the product box!
- Do not write on the product box with pen, marker, etc!
- Pack the original product boxes in in the original box it came in with the protection padding in the same manner it came in  so you can be sure that the product is not damaged during the return shipping.
